Information you choose to provide
When you request a quote or contact the team, you may provide your name, business, email, phone number, project details, location and files. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data or unrelated sensitive information through the quote form.
Where the information goes
The current branded quote form sends information directly to a Zoho Forms receiver shared with our parent company, Worldwide Signage, for project intake and follow-up. Zoho’s own privacy terms apply to that submission service. If another processor is introduced, this notice and the site data map should be reviewed before launch.
How it is used
Information is used to understand the request, prepare or discuss a project, coordinate service and maintain related business records. We do not promise a universal retention period here because legal, accounting and project obligations can differ; the applicable record owner should review deletion requests.
Website measurement
The website includes internal event hooks for form, phone and email interactions but does not load a third-party analytics platform in this release. If analytics or advertising tools are added, consent and this notice must be updated first.
